This Privacy Policy explains how AirCEO Pty Ltd (ABN 62 693 195 210; ACN 693 195 210) of Sydney, NSW, Australia (AirCEO, we, us, our) collects, uses, discloses, and stores personal information in connection with AirCEO (the Service).
1. What we process
AirCEO may process personal information of Customer employees and Customer end-customers contained within Customer systems (for example: contact details, names, email addresses, and transactional references).
2. How we use information
AirCEO processes information to provide the Service: connect systems, reconcile records deterministically, generate Outputs, and provide support and security.
Discovery measurement
We keep a referral category and public landing-page path in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes. If you create an account, we save this context and your optional discovery-source response with your account. We use these details to measure completed signups and activated trials. We do not collect search terms, AI prompts, full referring URLs, campaign text, or customer financial data for this purpose. Conversation requests send the name, email address, and company you provide to our founder through our transactional email provider. We retain a submission ID, provider receipt, hashed request and network identifier, source category, and landing-page path in the enquiry store to measure accepted submissions and limit abuse. Entries older than 90 days are removed when new requests arrive. Raw contact details are not stored in that measurement table. This measurement uses our existing account provider and does not send browsing events to an advertising network. Missing referrals are reported as direct or unknown; they do not prove that no search or AI service was involved.
3. AI services
AirCEO may use third-party AI services to transform reconciled outputs into plain-English explanations. AirCEO does not sell, rent, use, or train generalised AI models on Customer Data.
4. Cross-border disclosure
AirCEO may process or store personal information in jurisdictions outside Australia, including but not limited to the United States and other regions in which our infrastructure or AI providers operate.
